Why does the power automatically shut off even though the battery still has power?
Automatic shutdown is set by the battery itself and is independent of the battery power supply.
A. Press and hold the "Power" button to turn the device on and off. The screen will display the self-test results, followed by relevant information. If the output is not enabled, the device will automatically shut down after 1 minute.
B. After the device is powered on, turn on the USB or DC switch. If there is no load on the USB or DC port, the device will automatically shut down after 5 minutes. However, if the USB load power is less than 2W, the device may incorrectly detect an unconnected load.
C. When the device is powered on, turning on the AC output will cause the device to automatically shut down after 8 hours, provided that there is no load on the AC output.
